UCS have been using Aspire’s online CPD portal for 2 academic years now. It is brilliant value in terms of the number of staff who can access it and the training resources are of good quality (also CPD accredited).
Having access to the Aspire online CPD portal has allowed us to tailor CPD to individual staff based on support areas identified in performance management reviews or due to emerging student needs. Feedback from staff has been very positive and many have chosen to complete all of the available training from Aspire in their own time to improve their practice. When staff have joined mid-year they have been added to the training platform within 24 hours of emailing Aspire. I would recommend this training platform to all schools.

Staff are finding the training very informative and it is helping their daily practice in school. As a SENDCo, I am finding the training so useful for being able to direct staff to relevant training when needed. The courses themselves are really easy to access and in a world where every penny counts, the cost is minimal for how many courses are available and how many staff are able to access them.
